Ethical Practice Standards
Obligations for Complying with the Code of Ethics
  • 1. Compliance with the Code of Ethics
    • - The Code of Ethics must be earnestly observed, serving as the basis for actions and value judgments.
    • - The Jeongdo Management Office will handle ethical management affairs, with detailed operations managed by relevant departments.
      ※ Responsible Department: A department responsible for managing risks, reporting, and evaluation in the execution of the Code of Ethics in its respective fields (business planning, business support, safety and health, maintenance business, etc.)
    • - Separate standards may be established as necessary to efficiently operate the Code of Ethics.

  • 2. Responsibilities of Executives and Department Heads
    • - Executives and department heads must provide ongoing training and consultations to ensure employees understand this Code sufficiently.
    • - Executives and department heads must take appropriate measures to prevent violations of this Code by their employees.

  • 3. Duty to Report and Maintain Confidentiality
    • - Any known violation of the Code of Ethics must be reported to the Jeongdo Management Office promptly and conveniently.
    • - Executives and department heads must immediately report to the Jeongdo Management Office upon receiving reports of violations from their employees.
    • - The Jeongdo Management Office may verify the facts of reported matters as necessary, and related employees must actively cooperate.
    • - Employees should not disclose the identity of reporters or impose disadvantages on them.
    • - If the reporter is at risk of personnel disadvantages, personnel measures such as job changes are taken according to the person's wishes.
    • - An employee who learns of a report through work or accident must keep the secret and may be disciplined if the secret is leaked.
    • - Operational standards for reporting unethical behavior, such as accepting gifts from interested parties, are separately defined.

  • 4. Rewards and Penalties
    • - The company may grant rewards or appropriate compensation to employees who contribute to achieving the objectives of the Code of Ethics as per relevant regulations.
    • - The company will strictly reprimand employees who violate the Code of Ethics as per relevant regulations.
    • - The company may restrict former employees who violated the Code of Ethics from entering the company or conducting transactions.

  • 5. Operation of the Ethics Committee
    • - The company can set up and operate an Ethics Committee for reporting, deliberation, and decision-making on critical ethical matters. The operating standards are separately defined.

  • 6. Interpretation
    • - Actions violating this Code of Ethics by family, relatives, or acquaintances using the employee's name are also considered the employee's actions.
    • - For parts not explicitly defined in the Code of Ethics or case of dispute, contact the Jeongdo Management Office and follow its interpretation.

  • 7. Revision
    • - The Jeongdo Management Office can revise the Code of Ethics as needed. If the Head of the Jeongdo Management Office deems it essential, obtain approval from the CEO for the revision.
