POSCO GYS Tech respects and supports internationally recognized human rights standards such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, UN Global Compact’s Ten Principles, OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and the core conventions of the International Labour Organization (ILO).

Every individual has the right to be treated with dignity, encompassing rights to life and physical safety, freedom of thought/expression/religion, freedom of association, a balance of work and family life, privacy, access to food and water, freedom from torture/slavery/forced labor, fair and dignified working conditions, and non-discrimination.

Since proclaiming our Code of Ethics reflecting human rights management policies in 2023, POSCO GYS Tech has been striving to prevent violations of others' rights and to take appropriate measures to prevent and address any adverse impact on human rights in our business operations and relationships. We are further solidifying our commitment to human rights management based on our Corporate Citizen Charter.
